Victory Point FX produced a promotional video showcasing the construction of a proposed hydrogeneration power station at St. Charles Rapids on the Great Bear River. The project involved shooting aerial footage from a helicopter mounted camera and making several passes of the St. Charles Rapids area at various elevations. Video and audio editing, compositing, and visual effects were done in post production including construction of a realistic 3D digital model of the proposed dam which was composited into the aerial footage.

Planning and previsualization of the effects was achieved by compiling satellite imagery and 3D digital terrain models of the area.
