This project involved digital conversion and GIS compilation of the traditional knowledge maps of the Shuhtagot’ine Dene and Tulita traditional knowledge place name maps. The archival maps, derived from information on interview tapes of elders recorded in 1996, were scanned, digitized, and compiled into a distributable GIS datasets.
