Victory Point FX provided GIS services for production of a geological compilation of the entire Dehcho region of the NWT outlining areas of high, medium and low potential for several mineral commodities. Work involved geological map digitizing, conversion of AutoCAD maps to GIS format (polygon cleanup, feature coding, data classification, review, verification, correction, and reprojection), spatial analysis and MPM modeling support, producing a digital data compilation on CD and creating custom maps and posters.

As part of the project, Victory Point FX digitized 8 geological maps at 1:250,000 scale in the western Dehcho. Digitized features include bedrock geology, contacts, and faults. Maps digitized include:
