Victory Point FX digitized and compiled information from 470 traditional knowledge and occupancy maps for the Dehcho communities of Fort Simpson, Jean Marie River, Kakisa, Nahanni Butte, Trout Lake, West Point, and Wrigley. Work included digitizing and attributing features from archived traditional land use maps, revising older maps, performing sensitivity and spatial analysis of traditional land use, and compiling a comprehensive traditional knowledge GIS database. Digitized thematic layers include:
